HEE Empowerment Passport

Health Education England have also funded access to the Empowerment Passport for Learners. The Empowerment Passport is a digital platform enabling individuals with long term health conditions or disabilities to think about and communicate their unique adjustment needs in Education, Employment or any transition setting (between education to employment, or one job to another). Please note that providers/employers that are interested would need to look at a corporate licence.
